The Purpose
The Oregon Conservation Corps serves the people of Oregon by:
1. REDUCING the risk of wildfire. Protect homes, businesses, and critical infrastructure.
2. ASSISTING in the creation of Fire-Adapted Communities. Defined as a community located in a fire-prone area that requires little assistance from firefighters during a wildfire.
3. ENGAGING young adults in workforce training. Designed to close employment gaps, particularly among those in underserved communities.
The public funding is here, it just needs to be unlocked by private philanthropy. That’s where you come in. You can help raise $1 million dollars to save homes and change lives in Oregon by donating today!
